Account responsibility
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, maintain authorized users, and promptly report suspected compromise.
Your content
You retain responsibility for content entered into the service and must have the right to collect, use, and share it. You grant the limited rights needed to host, process, and deliver that content for the service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, upload unlawful or malicious content, infringe rights, disrupt infrastructure, or use customer links for deceptive purposes.
Business decisions
MyFieldQuote supports documentation and workflow. You remain responsible for prices, contracts, legal compliance, customer communications, work authorization, taxes, and professional decisions.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve. Material service or policy changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. Applicable paid-plan and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase when billing launches.
Fees, renewals, and cancellation
Paid prices, taxes, billing intervals, trials, renewal terms, usage limits, cancellation method, and refund rules must be disclosed before purchase. The Refund & Cancellation Policy supplements these Terms once billing is available.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited for security risk, unlawful use, material breach, nonpayment, or infrastructure harm. Where practical, notice and a reasonable export opportunity are provided, subject to safety, legal, and retention duties.
Warranty and liability boundaries
The service is provided subject to the warranties and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. MyFieldQuote does not replace legal, tax, accounting, safety, licensing, or trade-professional advice. Final jurisdiction, dispute, and liability terms must be presented before paid contracting.
