Safety and integrity requirements for every MyFieldQuote workspace.
Prohibited activity
No unlawful content, malware, credential theft, harassment, fraud, deceptive customer documents, unauthorized surveillance, access-control bypass, or infrastructure abuse.
Customer information
Collect and expose only information appropriate for the business purpose. Internal notes, private evidence, costs, and credentials must never be placed into customer-visible fields.
Automation and AI
Do not treat generated assistance as verified fact. Human review remains required, and money calculations must use the product’s deterministic workflow.
Enforcement
We may investigate, limit, suspend, preserve evidence, or report activity when reasonably necessary to protect users, customers, the service, or legal obligations.
High-risk data and credentials
Never upload passwords, secret keys, complete card data, government identifiers, medical records, or regulated data unless a feature explicitly authorizes and protects that category.
Reporting and appeals
Report suspected violations through Contact or live support. Where appropriate, an affected account may request review of a restriction or enforcement decision through a tracked request.
