Roles
Organizations generally control the customer, employee, and job information they enter; MyFieldQuote processes it to provide and secure the service.
Purpose limitation
Data is processed for contracted product functions, support, security, delivery, reliability, and documented legal obligations—not unrelated use.
Retention and deletion
Retention varies by record type, plan, security need, transaction, and legal requirement. Product deletion and export controls will be documented as they become available.
International processing
Infrastructure or subprocessors may operate in multiple regions. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are used where required.
Subprocessors and confidentiality
Providers are selected for defined hosting, storage, delivery, security, AI, analytics, or payment functions and receive only the access needed for that purpose under applicable confidentiality and data-protection commitments.
Security incidents and assistance
We maintain technical and organizational safeguards and investigate suspected incidents. Required customer assistance, notices, deletion/export handling, and authority cooperation depend on the processing role and applicable law.
Deletion lifecycle
Deletion requests are authenticated and evaluated against tenant authority, backups, security logs, immutable transaction/customer-decision records, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal holds. Backup expiration may follow a separate bounded cycle.
