To provide and secure the service, isolate tenant records, route consented public quote requests to the selected business, deliver customer documents, answer requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, meet legal obligations, and send consented communications.
Your choices and requests
You can update account data, unsubscribe from marketing, and contact us to request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction where applicable. Some records must be retained for security, transactions, or legal obligations.
Security and retention
We use access controls, tenant scoping, encryption in transit, hashed capability/session tokens, audit records, and bounded retention. No system is risk-free; report suspected security issues through the contact page.
Legal bases and sensitive data
Depending on location and context, processing relies on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligation. Do not place payment-card data, government identifiers, health records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields.
Children and regional rights

Changes and contact
Material changes receive a new version and effective date. Privacy requests use the tracked Contact channel so identity, scope, response, and completion can be recorded safely.
